I have a stay during a period of confinement. Should I contact you?
If you have booked a stay and we are confined, no steps are necessary on your part. Your assets are automatically generated computer-generated. However, if you already know when you would like to postpone your stay, please email us to book your new dates.
Can I cancel/get my reservation refunded?
Exceptional measures have been taken by the government to try to maintain economic stability by allowing us to issue an asset. All cancellations due to containment (i.e. arrivals scheduled between 16 March and 30 April) are affected.
You will therefore automatically have a cash of the amount already paid, valid for 18 months from your supposed arrival date.
If, however, after the 18 months of deferral offered, you were unable to book a new stay, we will refund the amount paid.
